My Commission info/TOS
BASICS:
You are able to request a digital reciept to an email of your choosing, I always keep some on my end to log clients.I take Paypal and Ko-fi for money payments. As a client it is your responsibility to send me proof of purchase.Deposits: For pieces that cost £15 OR LESS, no deposit is required and will be asked for after a confirmed sketch. For commissions priced £20 or more a 50% deposit up front is necessary for security, this deposit will be up front and the rest paid after the linework.You have up to 4 complete composition re-dos before a £2 charge on every redo sketch for extra labour costs.I will send you screenshots throughout the process. If you do not like something it is the client's responsibility to alert me to edit. Between stages NO progress will happen if the client does not confirm that they are happy with the piece or want changes, I send one of the sketch, one of the linework, one of the flat colours, then shading. You can request more screenshots if you wish.Commercial artwork will have an additional 50% addition onto the original price for compensation.Clients have the right to post their artwork online with or without credit if they please. I also remain the right to post the commission art work and use it as example artwork in my gallery for potential future clients.
Turn Around Time
Once a commission is confirmed and deposit is paid (for pieces over £20), I have one month to complete the commission, if something comes up it is my responsibility to let the client know as early as I can if it interferes with their commission.If I take longer than the one month to give the client their work, they are able to get either 50% of their money back, OR all of their money and I keep the deposit (IF work has been started, if no work has been started all of the money is given back)
REFUND POLICY
If I have completed the artwork and you are unhappy with the product you will NOT get a refund. The reasoning is that I have done my job and the product has gone through multiple checks with the client and has had their green light the entire project.If you cancel a commission BEFORE I am able to work on it you will get your money returned.If you cancel a commission DURING the process, depending on how far in I am, you will only get 50% returned (for projects £15 or less). For projects £20+ I will keep the deposit as compensation for the work I have completed but the remaining balance will be sent back to the client.
To combat Paypal's currency conversion fee, if you do not use GBP I will add the % onto your price so that it doesn't affect my prices being cut by Paypal!
Before accepting payment I will check if the client has read and agreed to this TOS, once the money has been sent it is a confirmation that the client AGREES to this TOS.
